"On Ramp" Intro Session Information
TWO SESSIONS AVAILABLE -
Session 1: JUNE 5th-21st, Wednesdays and Fridays, 615-700pm
Session 2: JUNE 8th-22nd, Saturdays, 915-1045am

CFRR is excited to welcome you to the Sport of Fitness! Being a CrossFitter means YOU ARE AN ATHLETE, no matter what your previous background. However, before you begin, we must ensure you have the tools to succeed. During the On Ramp Sessions we will practice fundamental movements starting at a very basic level, teach the CrossFit modalities and training theories, go over nutrition, risks and safety issues, answer any questions you may have about our program (like, "what the heck is a WOD?"), and of course, handle those pesky "signature required" type registration documents. CrossFit a rigorous training experience in a unique training environment not typically found in your traditional fitness facility. Therefore, we have "On Ramp" to prepare you for your newfound addiction: CrossFit!
On Ramp Sessions are three weeks in length, and are required for all new members. We will hold On Ramp monthly on a Wednesday/Friday and a Saturday.
